'A bit puffy': Conor McGregor's insane 15kg body improvement stimulates concern

UFC star Dustin Poirier has classified competing Conor McGregor as "a little bit puffy" after the Irishman revealed his remarkable 15kg weight gain.


The Sun reports earlier this month the former two-weight UFC globe champion shared some photos of his body change, which shocked battle fans.

He captioned the breaks "190lbs (86kg) of pure granite" as he confirmed he was tipping the ranges more than 15kg larger than his last fight simply five months back.

Poirier beat McGregor at the light weight (70kg) back in July after the Irishman experienced a scary leg break at the end of the first round. It was Poirier's 2nd victory over McGregor in simply six months following his interruption win back in January.


The American has currently made himself a lightweight title shot as he prepares to face Charles Oliveira for the belt at UFC 269 in Las vega today.


  • But he still made the effort out of his battle prep work to comment on McGregor's bulkier figure.
  • As reported by Sportskeeda, he said: "I did see an image. He does look a little puffy, male.

" He could intend to slow down on the Black Forge, whatever he's got going on."
